Your Options Outlined
Having established the financial position and your personal objectives you are now ready to consider the options available. Consider each carefully and examine the relevance to your OWN personal position. To go to the section you want to read press the quick-links below. You will also find links embedded in the pages to quickly take you to other pages that you may want to check. If you want to go back to the place where you clicked that embedded link, just use the back arrow in your browser tool bar (usually top left of the screen). Finally, remember your home, your livelihood and perhaps even personal relationships are at risk if you do not consider the position carefully, consider the objectives and then look in depth at each of these options. Make a decision to ACT and to deal with the debt problems that you face.
Just click on any of the links to learn more about each option. There are detailed guides and FAQ's to help you learn more. Read all of them if you have time and then you will be better prepared to make a decision But my friend told me that I can avoid using any of these options .. Be warned, some bar room lawyers or so called "experts" may tell you can fiddle and avoid debt issues; "you can give your house away and avoid losing it bankruptcy", "you can sell an asset to a mate and buy it back later" etc etc. Take our free advice, almost all fiddles and avoidances
have been thought about and prevented by law. You cannot avoid the old
adage "if it smells wrong it usually is"! |
