Mission Statement
We will be the leading UK source of quality and understandable
information for people with personal debt problems (the debtor) on the
Internet. We will also provide free support by telephone and by email
if required.
Free and confidential to use, our website will provide
quality, pragmatic information on all available options for the debtor.
If we are contacted by a debtor we will establish that
the person is insolvent and then determine what their objectives are and
tell them about the available options. We will then give advice as to
the best option to suit the needs of the debtor, not Debtless.
Where we are engaged to assist a person, with serious
debt problems, we will act with 4C's in our mind at all times
- Courtesy - we will always be supportive and
understanding with clients
- Confidentiality, unless our client agrees
we will not pass on any confidential information to third parties.
- Commitment - we will fight hard to help our
clients overcome their debt problems.
- Correctness -we will ensure that correct
advice is given
We will obviously have to earn money from this business
activity, so if and when we are engaged to help a client we will agree
all costs in writing in advance.
We will help, when requested, with email and telephone support and will
arrange meetings if requested. All initial support and meetings will be
free.
We will deliver this in clear English.
We will refund all fees paid
to Debtless if the client is not satisfied.
