How Long will the IVA Last?

Normally the IVA will last 60 months or as long as most loans. In that time you can write off up to 70% of your debts! In really exceptional cases creditors may write off more. We have managed to write off 86% of one client's debt!

Each month you have to pay an agreed amount to an IVA supervisor who will then pay the creditors the agreed (reduced) amount.

Call us now on 0800 195 6762 and we can talk you through the IVA process.

NB: if you elect to take out an IVA fees will be payable to a licensed insolvency practitioner but these come out of the montlhy payment you make to creditors. Your credit rating will suffer for up to 6 years and if you own your home you may have to provide some of your equity to the creditors towards the end of the IVA.
